Replacement window capping position

Looking to add a guy to my crew that is very experienced in capping and metal work at this point I am only looking for someone with experience must not be afraid of Ladders and experienced in caulking. Quality work is a must reliable transportation is a must there will be other work to assist in the job. Looking for someone who is dependable and wants to make a good living we have plenty of work to sustain through the winter. Pay will be weekly we usually don't work on Fridays so Monday through Thursday could be a little longer than 8 hours. I am flexible on pay and willing to pay a fair wage for good quality work
