We are currently in search of a full-time Bookkeeper with a minimum of 1 year of experience that is proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ReceiptBank and Bill.com is a plus.
Candidate must be highly organized, have the ability to work independently, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and have solid communication skills.
Responsibilities could include but are not limited to: general ledger posting, bank reconciliations, sales/use tax returns and payroll/1099 processing.
