Iuvo Logistics, ranked by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager for the day-to-day operations in our trucking and brokerage operations. The main function of this position will be to review and process daily shipments once they are completed through our Quickbooks Online accounting system. General bookkeeping responsibilities such as keeping records of outstanding AR, making collections calls/emails, processing and tracking vendor payments as well.
Full-time Schedule - Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation is based on experience (mid-level to advanced bookkeeper / operations personnel)
Job Summary
Process A/R invoices and send out to clients - follow up with collections
Process A/P vendor invoices and keep track to avoid past-due net terms
Communicate with clients and vendors to establish relationships
Correspond with team members to verify charges
Maintain system up-to-date recording vendor invoices and A/R invoices sent out
Process A/R & A/P reports to keep records and manage P&L .
Requirements
Proficient in Quickbooks Online
Min. 5 years bookkeeping experience
Min. 2 years’ experience in the trucking industry, freight forwarding, or 3rd part logistics.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Office
Customer service oriented
Team player and able to independently finish projects
