Looking for an individual with bookkeeping/accounting experience. Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles, practices and standards must be known, but a degree is not necessary. Computer competency is required along with a willingness to learn the real estate software in use. Knowledge of Rent Manager software would be beneficial. Will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to cash receipts, deposits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL, financial reports, and establishing and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions. Time management skills, the ability to multi-task, a high attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be bondable.
