Previous experience in collections, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with computer knowledge
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Extremely good on the phone
Service customer accounts
Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
Receive and post payment to customer's account
Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
Call Insurance companys to verify customers have insurance
Initiate repossession proceedings
Keep records and status of customer's account
Ability to work in a call center
