Simms Management is looking for a Full Time Leasing Consultant. We offer a competitive salary and benefits. Full Time position requires 5 days to include every Saturday with one off day during the week. We are not open on Sunday.
Responsibilities include: Touring and leasing apartments with prospective residents, building a rapport with current residents, completing leases and application paperwork, assist in collecting rents, process move ins, prepare and deliver notices to residents, help plan resident functions and outreach marketing.
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task with a positive attitude, have an aptitude for sales, and ability to close a sale, basic computer skills. Must be able to work Saturdays, have a professional appearance and reliable transportation. Prior leasing experience is a plus but not required.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. We are a non tobacco company.
