Our client, a company in Dayton, OH is growing rapidly and looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team! This position is a Remote work from home position but must bein Dayton for an On-site Quarterly Meeting. The company offers growth and volunteeropportunities that will earn you PTO. Please see information below about therole.Position: Customer Service Representative Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Location: Remote Six Month Contract to Hire Role offering LONGTERM EMPLOYMENTMust Haves:High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous customer service or call center experience Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multi-task (type and talk at the same time) Job Duties:Call center environment Receiving 40-50 inbound calls per day Calls will consist of: Customer Service Assistance

Scheduling pickup drop-offs

Setting up Customer Orders

Assisting with processing orders

Account Management
