Cyber Simulation Integration EngineerTracking CodeHR8370Job DescriptionRadiance is searching for energetic and motivated individuals with knowledge of software development, reverse engineering, and modeling and simulation. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer with excellent software development and debugging skills to support reverse engineering, rehosting, and integrating weapon system software. Typical tasks may include:

Developing and debugging virtualization solutions for rehosted software

Developing software test points for characterizing the performance of systems

Integrating rehosted software with distributed modeling and simulation frameworks such as SUPPRESSOR and AFSIM

Developing custom tools to extract and analyze test data

Knowledge of disassemblers and debuggers – IDA Pro, Ghidra, WinDBG, LLDB, GDB

Knowledge of APIs and internals for virtualization tools: QEMU, VMWare

Familiarity with distributed modeling and simulation

Familiarity with IADS concepts

Familiarity with OS kernels and device drivers

Required Skills

US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Required Experience

BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Active security clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI

Excellent programming, debugging, and diagnostic skills using C (Windows / Visual Studio and Linux / GCC)

Ability to read and understand x86 assembly

Familiarity with modeling and simulation concepts

Desire and willingness to learn new software (tools and target systems) on the fly
