Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Conduct variance analysis and assist with budgeting
Support the external audit process
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1+ years of accounting experience preferred
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
