Description South Dayton company is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team immediately! The HR Generalist will be responsible for preparing reports, assisting with workers' compensation, recruiting, assisting with benefits and 401k plans, maintaining job postings, supporting management with employee relations issues, maintaining performance review program, managing personnel records, processing unemployment claims, maintaining policies/procedures and assisting with other HR duties as needed. This is an indefinite contract positions working full-time hours.
