Located in Moraine Ohio, Liapis Landscape & Design is looking to fill MULTIPLE positions for Landscape Install and Landscape Mulching Crews. We take care of all types of residential and minor commercial properties from million dollar homes to the average Joe down the street. Factors like skill, experience, personal drive, and personal attitude will determine starting pay. Must have a Valid Drivers Licence and able to drive 1 tone automatic dump trucks with Trailers.
You must WANT to do this job to do it well and turn it into a career.
Lead positions Must be able and Willing to train and develop crew members and maintain quality work on site and have a LEAST 2 years of landscape employment.
If you are experienced in landscaping your knowledge is WANTED - If you don't have experience its OK but you must have a great attitude and the patients to learn how to do the job.
Full Time Seasonal Hours
Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6-7 p.m. Monday though Friday / If it Rains during the week we try to make it up on Saturdays. During Spring and Summer Hours increase and taper to a normal 40 hour work week late summer /fall /early winter.
Salary Positions are available to experienced candidates and are pretty laid back and relaxed during winter months but you are on mandatory call for snow removal if an event is expected unless advance notice if given and approved. Paid Holidays / Vacation Days and 2 Weeks paid off for Christmas/New Years
Salary Positions will be earned after candidate has show they can handle the position.
We Provide Smartphones to our Crew Leads after we determine your the right fit for the position and all crew members are provided work shirts. Hoodies in the fall/winter.
95% of our work is hand work meaning Wheel barrel, shovel, rake, back pack blower, hedge trimmer, string trimmer, and so on. so if you don't enjoy working with your hands outside then this is not the job for you.

Flower bed Prep and mulching
Weed Pulling
Bush Trimming
Sod Installation
Small Drainage Jobs
Removal and Installation of Trees / Bushes / Flowers
Ability to read landscape plans is a plus with some plant knowledge
Snow Removal - Shovel and Plow - ( Additional pay on top of Wages )
Grading By Skid Steer and Hand
Mornings you will clock in, get your daily work list from our production manager and load up your trucks for the day. When you get to the job the Crew does a complete walk around so every one knows whats expected to be accomplished in a given timeline. When the jobs completed a final walk through to ensure job quality is up to par then off to the to next one. At the end of the day the left over material is dumped back at our shop and the debris is taken to our dump site. Clock out and Done - Paid every 2 Weeks
