Property Management/Real Estate Company seeking to fill an exterior painter and carpenters position
Exterior carpenter and painter:
Candidates MUST HAVE prior experience in using a Sprayer for painting exterior and rolling along with carpentry experience.
-Must have own tools, valid drivers license and reliable transportation and no problems getting up and down on a ladder.
THIS POSITION IS FOR SUBCONTRACTOR INDIVIDUAL POSITION! NOT FOR COMPANY'S PLENTY OF WORK TO LAST ALL YEAR!
