Local apartment community is currently hiring experienced ground maintenance.
Candidate will be able to provide the following:
Maintain grounds of large apartment community including daily pick up, installation and maintenance of flowerbeds and bushes, assist in snow removal/plowing and pool upkeep.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Minimum of 1 year experience in related field
Experience with snow plowing preferred
Experience with pool open, close and upkeep required
Clean Driving Record
Valid Drivers License and background check
