National Sign Manufacturer is looking for an experienced designer/production assistant to join our team. This individual must have experience with basic vinyl production and layout. We are a sandblasting fabricator selling wholesale across the country and the application of sandblasting mask is a must. This is exactly the same as the application of vinyl in any sign shop. Additionally we are looking for this individual to have some design background preferably in Flexi Sign software. This is not a must but certainly a plus with this position. This is a fast pace environment where everyday is something different as projects move through our facility. This position requires a person that can work with minimum supervision while preforming these duties with a high degree of detail and perfection. In addition we cross train everyone in the facility and this position would be required to at time preform basic duties on the production floor such as sign painting, packaging and various duties.
This is a 40 hr a week job with some possible overtime.
Basic requirements
Must be 18 years of age.
Capable of lifting 70 lbs.
Able to work on your feet 8 hrs.
Capable of applying sandblast stencil (vinyl) day 1
Detail oriented

Plotter operation

Simple maintenance and cleaning duties
First shift 7:30 to 4:00 Mon- Fri occasional overtime required
Located in North Dayton minutes from Stanley Ave exit of I-75 with a bus stop at our driveway.
