The individual chosen for this opportunity must be self-motivated, very detailed, a team player and capable of working on several projects simultaneously. The ideal team member will have proven experience in a manufacturing environment as an Engineering Tech. Full-time position with benefits available on Weekend 1st shift. Work is in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a friendly environment and a small company feel

Schedule:
Friday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm with an 11.11% shift differential
The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following and possess the following
-Update BOM for potential rivet changes
-Support scrap reduction teams (bend and material thickness)
-Support Quality Clinic split jobs, implement improvements, etc
-Purchase tooling
-Support NPI bend development
-Review NT-5 from weekend
-Ability to multi-task
-Good work ethic
-Self-starter
-Willing to learn
-Good attendance
-Technical background, or Associates in Engineering, or relevant similar experience required.
Position Demands
-Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
-Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc
-Able to successfully pass vision screens
-Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects.
