Advertising Coordinator RecruitmentÂ
Polaris Recruitment Communications, a recruitment advertising, and communications agency is seeking a talented Advertising Coordinator to work at our office in the southern suburbs of the Dayton area. This is a full-time role that we are adding to the agency due to increased business.
Responsibilities are to assist Account Managers in executing recruitment media strategies through various media outlets (print, internet, social media, direct mail, interactive and more). Specific tasks will include:
Researching media such as websites, professional journals, associations, print, radio stations, etc.
Placing ads and corresponding with media
Writing advertisements
Social media and interactive advertising
Answering phone calls, maintaining a media and contact database, data entry
Other duties as needed, everyone at Polaris acts as part of the team and is responsible for a variety of dutiesÂ
Qualified candidates will possess Advertising and/or Recruitment experience with a Bachelors (or working towards that goal). Skills necessary include the ability to research via the web; excellent writing skills; a strong customer service orientation; and great detail skills. Prefer 2+ years experience in recruitment/staffing with expertise advertising on Facebook and/or Google.
