Looking for reliable person to rent units as needed. Contact information is forwarded and assistant calls to set appointment time convenient for both. At appointment, tenant is assigned unit, signs contract, and makes initial payment. All is forwarded to office. Hours are flexible and meetings can be set as convenient for both parties. Residence should be in Sidney and/or commuting to Sidney regular basis. As customer traffic varies, this would be a part time/gig type job. Suitable for someone retired or looking for supplemental income. Attention to detail is important as is confidence. Some light repair work may be required. References required.
