Rehab Subcontractors Needed - Dayton and Surrounding Area
Growing property management company seeking subcontractors with general or specialized skills to work on single family home rehab projects. Some multi-family projects may become available.
Whether you can do part of the project or the whole thing, we want to hear from you!
Interior and exterior work drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, chimney/concrete/masonry, and more!
REQUIREMENTS
Must provide proof of liability and workers compensation insurance
Perform work in compliance with local building and safety regulations
Effective written and oral skills
