Job Description: Perform the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) role supporting the Dayton, OH facility. The ISSM will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing the system security program and will ensure compliance with current cyber security policies. Will be responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of system functions, technical security safeguards and operational security measures. Candidate will ensure that effective system security education, training and awareness programs are maintained. Will be responsible for the accreditation of classified systems using Risk Managed Framework (RMF) and the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) application. ISSM duties will include generating and submitting the appropriate security plans and artifacts to the Cognizant Security Agency. The ISSM should be knowledgeable of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). They will document the results of Certification and Accreditation activities and technical or coordination activity and prepare the system Security Plans and update the Plan of Actions and Milestones POA&M. Due to the size of the facility, the ISSM will also act as the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) and will periodically conduct a complete review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions until all actions are closed. The ISSO will be responsible for day to day Information Assurance compliance. DIVIA

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: This requisition may be filled as either a Principal Cyber Info. Assurance Analyst or a Sr. Principal Cyber Info. Assurance Analyst. Basic Qualifications for a Principal Cyber Info. Assurance Analyst:
  • Master's Degree with 3 years of experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience OR an Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.
  • An Active Top Secret security clearance is required. Additional clearance may also be required by the government
  • Must have Risk Managed Framework (RMF) experience
  • Must have a DoD 8570 IAM Level II OR Level III Certification (Examples: CAP, CASP+ CE, CISSP (or Associate), CISM or GSLC) or be able to obtain one within 6 months of employment.
Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal Cyber Info. Assurance Analyst:
  • Master's Degree with 7 years of experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience OR an Associate's Degree with 11 years of experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 13 years of experience.
  • An Active Top Secret security clearance is required. Additional clearance may also be required by the government
  • Must have Risk Managed Framework (RMF) experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous ISSM or ISSO experience.
  • Experience working with DCSA and eMASS.
  • Experience with LAN/WAN or other network system administration
  • Experience working on Windows platforms
