Job Description:Leidos is hiring a Software Engineer with a strong background in software development and modeling &simulation to support simulation development for Advanced Air Defense System architectures.The candidate will use good people skills and strong technical capabilities to collaborate with a highly technical team of engineers and scientists solving challenging technical questions about highly complex systems. Thecandidate will work on tasks related to the integration of system models (radars, aircraft, missiles, command and control) into a large, many-on-many, real-time, C-based simulation environment. The majority of the work involves supporting the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community. This challenging position will allow for the opportunity to contribute immediately to important, meaningful work while working directly with a diverse team of experienced colleagues.An active TS/SCI is required; all work is onsite in Dayton at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
