Forklifts Boom Lifts Scissor Lifts

Pay: Piece-rate (per completed unit)
We are a growing equipment reconditioning company specializing in forklifts, boom lifts,
and scissor lifts. We are seeking an experienced industrial painter/reconditioning
technician who can work independently and deliver consistent, production-quality work.
This role is paid by the job, not hourly — productivity and quality directly determine
earnings.
Compensation:
Average weekly earnings: $1,650
Typical production: 3 units per week
Larger equipment pays more
Responsibilities:
Prep, paint, and refinish industrial equipment (forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts)
Perform body work including grinding, filling, sanding, and surface preparation
Occasional fabrication and repairs (light welding, bracket repair, patching)
Masking, priming, and topcoat application
Maintain quality standards while working efficiently
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
Experience painting industrial or heavy equipment (automotive or equipment
painting considered)
Strong body work and surface prep skills
Ability to perform minor fabrication and basic welding if necessary
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must supply own tools (hand tools, grinders, welding equipment as applicable)

Steady workflow and consistent volume
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with forklifts, aerial lifts, or construction equipment
MIG welding experience
Experience in piece-rate or production-based work environments
