Job Description

TheDigitalMarketing Manager will work with Marketing and IT Team members to develop and implement online marketing programs to increase sales and revenue, develop and deliver reporting on those programs and provide overall transparency into DDC online activities. This includes working directly with website properties, 3rdparty tools and internal and external team members.A successful candidate will have thorough understanding of SEO, PPC, Conversion Optimization, and data analytics. Furthermore, they will use data to create a strategic roadmap increasing DDC’s online presence and digital interactions with potential customers across various properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and workload of internal and external resources for website deployment and online marketing programs.
  • Provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for online properties and digital marketing programs.
  • Works with key marketing stakeholders as well as cross functional leadership across the company to help meet company objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains positive business relationships with internal & external team members.
  • Consults with staff to understand goals and scope of the desired marketing program.
  • Analyzes existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company and products.
  • Develops innovative strategies to attract customers to the company’s brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
  • Oversees the implementation of online marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans.
  • Reports campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Collaborates with and coordinates communication among information technology, sales, research, and other departments to complete projects.
  • Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
  • Assists with development of the organization’s websites to ensure its efficiency and efficacy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategies.
  • Expert level knowledge of SEO, PPC and Conversion Optimization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics.
  • Ability to implement marketing plans.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Communication, or related field required.
  • At least10 yearsof internet marketing experience with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments required.
