Production Line Operators to join their growing team!3rd Shift
$18/hr. to start; working up to full rate of $19.25 within a year with good reviews
Rubber Chemical Blending: accurate weighing, sealing, packaging, labeling of chemical blends; inputting data into program; possible tow motor usageExceptional candidates may be considered for Lead Packager (requires good math/reading/computer skills)
Rubber Compound Processing: accurate mixing/compounding of pre-weighed blends; accurate addition of rubber chemicals; rubber mill processing; possible tow motor usageExperience in rubber blending or processing is a plus, but will train the right person.
