- Trending cyclical billing revenue to identify and document reasons for changes
- Auditing billing exceptions at a customer level
- Validating test data
- Reviewing various transactions for accuracy in multiple systems covering order processing, online transactions, promotions, billing, rating, etc.
- Utilizing the billing system and various tools to help ensure the integrity of our data and systems
