We are seeking an Ink maker/Ink Tech to work with us Monday-Thursday working 4–10-hour days. We have a very competitive starting pay of $21.50 plus a shift differential $1.50. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you. The person in this role will specialize in the manufacturing of high-quality printing ink. As an Ink Maker/Ink Tech you will be responsible for:Following batch instructions to weight batches, charge and mix inksUnderstanding proper mixing procedures and raw materialsMonitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjust as neededFollowing procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill ratesFollowing procedures to filter, package and label inksMaking QC adjustments as instructedWeighing quantities of raw materials Operating one or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner Packaging finished productOperating a forklift
