Maintenance Worker for rental properties

As a maintenance worker you will be completing work orders filled out by tenants. You will also be working on vacant properties getting them ready to rent. Looking for someone that is knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, heating, and carpentry. You will be working directly for the maintenance supervisor. You must have your own basic tools and a vehicle. Truck or SUV preferred. Pay is based on exp. You must be drug and drama free. Not looking for a master, but also not looking for an individual that has to you tube everything. Start immediately.
