Seeking part-time accounts payable and accounting clerk. Approximately 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
entry and payment of accounts payable interfacing with perpetual inventory system
posting of accounts receivable cash receipts and general ledger entries
verification and approval of freight invoices
backup to payroll function
provide friendly and efficient customer service to walk in customers
assist Controller with additional responsibilities
Requirements:
2-3 years accounts payable experience
detail oriented and organized
solid computer and communications skills
accounting degree a plus
payroll experience a plus
