A successful hotel in the Mansfield area is looking to hire an Executive Housekeeper (EH). The EH is responsible for all aspects of the Housekeeping Department - hiring, training and coaching the staff. Along with supervisory responsibilities, the EH will be involved in cleaning rooms and common areas, maintaining an inventory of needed supplied, doing needed reports and working with hotel management to achieve company coals and franchise standards. The work schedule will involve working at least 5 days each week. Days may vary depending on the needs of the department. Housekeeping supervision experience is preferred for not mandatory but the successful candidate must have previous experience in supervising staff.
