We are looking to fill several openings ASAP for on-site Property Maintenance positions. The ideal candidate is thorough, organized, and enjoys building a positive, productive environment for residents and co-workers. Previous multi-family maintenance experience preferred.

Valid Drivers License Required.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by company.
Has a thorough understanding how to work hand, power tools and equipment.
Rent-ready repairs and services.
Routinely perform the following duties in order to restore apartment to "market ready" status:
- Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors and closet doors.
- Examine, diagnose, and repair appliances as necessary.
- Change locks and make keys when necessary.
- Prep/paint vacant apartment, if requested
- Check faucets, sink plugs and repair/replace as necessary. Replace washers when needed. Perform repairs to sinks, bathtubs, etc., when warranted.
- Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant. Assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, trash, etc., to dumpster when necessary.
- Repair or replace curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, etc.
- Repair plaster/drywall holes in walls, paint as necessary.
- Inspect bathroom tiles, perform minor repairs/replacements.
- Inspect A/C and heating system for proper operation. Change A/C filers.
- Assist with cleaning as required. Operate carpet-cleaning equipment to clean carpets.
Perform any additional duties assigned.
Job requirements:
Basic maintenance skills that could include painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing and/or general property maintenance.
Valid drivers license required
