Long term contract.Candidates will need to work 1 days onsite and 4 days remote.Job Title: Exchange AdminLocation: Marysville OH or Torrance CAWork: Weekly once onsite visit (Hybrid mode)Duration: Long TermPay Rate: $45/Hr C2CUpdated Job Description is as below,• Manage Office365 environment at L2, L3, L4 level and must know exchange servers and their roles• Must have Migration EXO experience• Must have working experience of retention and deletion policies• Must have working experience of tagging• Must have worked on Archival policies EXO online• Working Experience in the mail flow in detail for Exchange/O365 hybrid environment• Working Experience of different type of connectors available in exchange/Office 365 • Working Experience of O365 mail filtering/hygiene solution, Microsoft Exchange Edge server and Active Directory • Must know different licenses in Office 365 and different type of admin groups. • Must know kind of available recipients in O365. Good understanding of SSO with O365, including ADFS • Sound knowledge of Email client like Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams and OWA • Good knowledge of Mail Archiving solution, troubleshooting and configuration of Anti-spam, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, Address client connectivity, Address service availability issues within the organizational span of control• Manage services using the supplier, and the client implemented ITIL processes and practices 1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies 2. To provide support for on-call escalations and doing incident & problem management 3. To independently resolve tickets & ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team 4. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases 5. Work on value-adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives 6. To participate or contribute to the business in the creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans7. Knowledge of Lotus Note/Domino is plus8.
