Provide ongoing support of data privacy (GDPR) and policy compliance initiatives, by following existing processes Participate and lead projects or programs related to GRC activities, ranging from local GRC to regional projects Communicate with internal and external resources, departments, and genpos Manage daily operational tasks and rotate PDCA for continuous improvement Coordinate Data Privacy program internal/external processes and communication to all North America genpos (includes training, annual program execution and reporting) Coordinate EU GDPR internal/external processes and communication (includes training, annual program execution and reporting) Train and mentor others on IS Compliance programs REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Must be able to work onsite one day per week is required Project Manager who has in-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws Experience working with GRC and in Information Technology, defining, analyzing, and documenting process, procedures related to disciplines within IT Understanding of regulated environments for SOX and data privacy or related IT audit background and Information security related projects. Experience presenting to various level of management Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio and advance PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills to various levels of the organization Must have a stable work history, working in a similar role Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
