- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 4 to 6 years of related IT work experience
- Basic knowledge of management systems
- Basic knowledge of evaluation installation/configuration of computer systems and network administration
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange 2003.
- Basic knowledge Microsoft IIS and SQL Server WebSphere and Apache Tomcat
- Basic knowledge of SAN environments

- Windows 10 3rd level support troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting Client related issues pertaining to the O365 suite and Windows client
- Access database 32 bit to 64-bit conversion
- Support tickets and projects pertaining to Access database conversions and Microsoft 365 client issues in Outlook and Excel mainly
- Office 365 subject matter Expert
- SCCM experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, SCCM, VBA code for at least 5 years.
