Job Title: Oracle HCM testing

Location: Initially 2-3 months remote then need to relocate any of below location in USAWN, Secaucus New Jersey, Mason OH,

Oracle HCM – Job Description:
  • Oracle HCM testing experience (a must)
  • Automation (Hands on writing and debugging Automation Scripts as an individual contributor) – preferably Gherkin/Cucumber
  • Good Requirement analysis skillset and ability to ask clarifications based on the Requirements/User Story to avoid gaps/Technical Debts
  • Good Test Case writing
  • Good communication skills
  • Capability to understand Functional/Integration Area of the Application and Design/Test accordingly
  • Defect Management
  • Good communication skills (able to give good status, ask questions, challenge developers)
  • Agile process/Agile tools/Testing tools (Rally/Jira/QAC or similar)
