Position ideally located in Mason, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Richmond, VA or Atlanta, GA Responsible for defining and managing the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Working to support the technical needs of the Enterprise Release Management team. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.
  • Creates feature test strategies and environment needs.
  • Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
  • Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements.
  • Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements.
  • Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.
  • Defines both the functional and non-functional requirements of a system and acts as a liaison between the business and IT.
  • Leads system requirements definition, design, testing, training and implementation support.
  • Provides analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation.
  • Creates and executes feature test cases and ensures feature testing effectively validates that the system meets the functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Focus areas in change management and release management around risk mitigation, collision management and production stability as enterprise adopts a 'faster time to production' methodology.
  • Duties would include building and ensuring proper throttles and adherence to standards are incorporated into the upcoming Service Now releases.
  • Maturing and implementing risk assessment and collision management into the change review process.
  • Developing metrics to measure performance around process.
  • Provides mentorship, guidance and direction, as well as training and procedure development support to operational projects as requested.
  • Support Enterprise Release Management responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
  • Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field;
  • 3 or more years of systems engineering or systems analysis experience preferred but not required.
  • Requires an understanding of the application being tested from both a business and technical perspective.
  • MS SQL (Structure tables, code, schemas, create procedures, Transact-SQL), VBA, Nintext workflows, Tableau experience preferred. Share Point (create/maintain lists, edit HTML), Control M, Broadcom, JIRA, Batch jobs] experience also helpful.
  • Analytical, organization and planning skills required.
  • Detailed-oriented with ability to multi-task required.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Certifications preferred.
