ABOUT THE JOB

The eCommerce Manager is a motivated and creative individual with a broad range of eCommerce and traditional marketing experience with a passion for all things eCommerce. This individual is responsible for expansion of current eCommerce channels and customers across the Therma-Tru, Fiberon and Fypon Brands. You’ll also identify and evaluate new eCommerce opportunities using analytics and other KPIs to create a strategy for eCommerce growth across the organization.

You’ll be a leader in the development and execution of the eCommerce playbook implementing best in class digital shelf content, expansion of online assortments and testing of lower, mid, and upper-funnel campaigns to optimize promotional spend budgets to drive profitable growth.

You’ll lead in educating cross-functional teams on the eCommerce playbook and digital content best practices. Partner with the brand and creative teams in the development and curation of content and messaging to support digital shelf excellence and leverage internal digital and data management teams to develop new solutions and processes for eCommerce channels.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Development and Execution of the eCommerce playbook
  • Management of eCommerce Retailer and Marketplace Programs for multiple brands and products
  • Content management across multiple retail sites and adaptation and adherence to specific retailer guidelines
  • Enhancement of Digital Shelf content (Title, A+ Content, Bullets, images, video)
  • Analysis and improvement of Ratings and Reviews
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns (working cross functionally as needed)
  • Work with Data Management and Digital teams to design and test next gen internal PIM/content management systems and provide specific directions for the needs of eCommerce
  • Analytics and metrics of online programs and performance
  • Evaluation of assortment and pricing strategies against competitive brands
  • Monitor brand presentation by 3ps
  • Partner with Supply Chain for eCommerce Optimization opportunities
  • Additional responsibilities as programs scale and grow

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of eCommerce technologies and tactics
  • Proven success developing, executing, and maintaining eCommerce brand and digital shelf strategies
  • Analytical abilities coupled with highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, and strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/English/PR/Communications or similar discipline preferred
  • Proven track record in delivering online sales results — at least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and the conversion space preferred
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing and understanding of the tenets of traditional marketing.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • Experience with National Retail vendor portals, content and promotional tools
  • Familiar with Amazon AMS, Seller & Vendor Central platforms
  • Experience using Product experience management (PXM), product information management (PIM), and data asset management (DAM)
  • Experience using industry tools and analytics packages, including web analytics, targeting, testing, CRM, and marketing automation platform
  • Understanding of online funnel metrics and the ability to quickly identify and develop overarching strategies that help improve online performance
