Job Description
As the Finance Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:Work with all aspects of Commercial Finance including Month End Reporting, Ad-Hoc Analysis for Sales and Finance Teams, working cross-functionally with the sales team and SVP of Sales, and Presenting findings of Special Projects
Key Responsibilities:- Work on special projects for Manager of Wholesale and Retail Finance Groups
- Assist Finance Manager in preparing monthly and ad-hoc presentations for sales leadership team.
- Develop and refine new monthly financial reporting for WBU and Retail teams
- Assist with creating P&L’s and working cross-functionally for new product initiatives
- Responsible for pulling together key financial analysis within the business unit on customer and product performance
- May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
A successful Finance Intern will have:- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program focusing on accounting, finance, or related field
- Should possess knowledge of Microsoft Products including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to learn new software in order to complete daily tasks
- Prior finance experience a plus but not necessary
- Great organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Team oriented attitude
- Must show extreme responsibility
