- Escalate impediments to Cloud Leadership as needed REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5 years Scrum Master experience
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the team by removing impediments
- Help the team deliver work, and understand WIP limits
- Skilled at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 6 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities. -In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 6 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities. -In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of 8 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities.
