Job Title: Onsite Helpdesk / Desktop Support Location: Mayfield Heights, OH

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Help-desk support to the end users when they experience any kind of problem related to IS.

Computers, printers, etc, installation and maintenance in the sites of his responsibility.

Local infrastructure architecture definition and maintenance in accordance with Corporate rules and direction.

Systems and Network installations (hardware, middleware y software) when required by Corporate direction and management.

Help to support servers installations and maintenance when required by the outsourced company managing them.

Database installation and maintenance when required.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:Communication skills: strong communication skills to interact effectively with the IS team and all the users.Results and user service oriented: skills to get things done based on projects and to solve end users problems.Problem analysis and resolution: quick problem analysis and resolution on all IS problems.Flexibility: Flexibility to work with different environments and to follow the IS needs.Team working: team working skills to collaborate with the test of IS team and outsourced vendors.Regards,
