Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Help-desk support to the end users when they experience any kind of problem related to IS.
  • Computers, printers, etc, installation and maintenance in the sites of his responsibility.
  • Local infrastructure architecture definition and maintenance in accordance with Corporate rules and direction.
  • Systems and Network installations (hardware, middleware y software) when required by Corporate direction and management.
  • Help to support servers installations and maintenance when required by the outsourced company managing them.
  • Database installation and maintenance when required.
  • COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:Communication skills: strong communication skills to interact effectively with the IS team and all the users.Results and user service oriented: skills to get things done based on projects and to solve end users problems.Problem analysis and resolution: quick problem analysis and resolution on all IS problems.Flexibility: Flexibility to work with different environments and to follow the IS needs.Team working: team working skills to collaborate with the test of IS team and outsourced vendors.Regards,
