Experis is looking for a Scrum Master in the Columbus, OH area. This role is for a Scrum Master for existing teams in our Ecommerce space. This team handles the building of our content management system. This is a complex platform that is moving fast, so someone that can easily adapt and understand (high level) the technology is a plus. This team has been together for over a year and have some established practices, so the scrum master should be someone that can come in and learn the teams processes quickly. This team has a mix of off-shore team members and team members that will be local as well. Forecasting and planning is critical and complex in this team, so having that skill is a must.
