Job DescriptionFully remoteWorking hours will be Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM EST or 8:30AM-5PM EST Saturdays will be on rotation (approximately every 5th or 6th Saturday) Holidays will be on rotation. No travel is required. Applicants from any state can apply. Utilizes clinical skills to support the coordination, documentation and communication of medical services and/or benefit administration determinations. Requires LPN/LVN with unrestricted active license.Promotes/supports quality effectiveness of Healthcare Services and benefit utilization Utilizes clinical skills to support coordination, documentation and communication of medical services and/or benefit administration Collectsinformation to support the process of rendering appropriate medical necessity/benefit determinations Identifies members for referral opportunities to integrate with other products, services and/or programsUtilizes clinical experience, criteria/guidelines, policies and procedures in support of making timely and accurate medical necessity/benefit determinations.Required Qualifications2 plus years clinical experience requiredLPN/LVNCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 30 days of your employment.
