- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience on Siemens Teamcenter/NX applications
- Good understanding of NX large assembly management, file structure, feature based modelling, and advanced data exchange methods
- Ability to make and execute decisions independently
- Able to coach the users with best practices/processes on CAD & PLM
- Ability to identify primary technical needs from complex issues
- Strong written and oral communication skill
- Experience on CATIA V5 / 3D experience, Enovia VPM is an added value
