- Strong experience in building NATIVE apps (installed apps).
- UI STRONG (actual designing, using Sketch), not just UX.
- This role will be building the UI for our native (app) experiences.
- They will float across teams, as needed to support UI design.
- Experience in using a design library.
- Experience in applying brand.
- Understands there are major differences in designing for a patient or target audience who may be dealing with dramatically different barriers (legal, physical, emotional) than that of a typical consumer.
- Bonus points if they have experience with designing around HIPAA restrictions or products with major legal complexities (like finance or government).
- Good understanding of Agile and roles (scrum, etc).
- Experience working with a team - PM & Tech (bonus if business too).
- SOME experience facilitating workshops or design discoveries.
Tools (would like experience in all) - - Sketch
- UserZoom (or another online research platform)
- Invision
Nice to have: - Experience in building appointment workflows (select a service, pick a time, enter info, etc).
- Experience in healthcare.
- Even better, in helping customers find, schedule, and get care.
- Basic understanding of OKRs.
