As a Service Technician, you will provide maintenance, install, start-ups and troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various commercial/industrial heating and cooling systems. You will also meet with customers, evaluate their needs and make recommendations.
The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in the service and repair of rooftop units and on all types of commercial HVAC equipment; a high school diploma/GED; CFC certification or HVAC related journeyman license or equivalent industrial/commercial experience; EPA Universal license, a thorough understanding of basic refrigeration and heating systems parts/components and their applications; and a valid Drivers' License.
Teamwork is a priority and technicians must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed.

- Correct substandard acts or conditions within area of control
- Use and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company procedure
- Comply with the general rules as prescribed by company procedure
- Participate in any safety initiatives, teams or committees
- Report all injuries or incidents (including near misses) as prescribed by company procedure
- Provide input on developing safety initiatives and plans to eliminate exposures that could cause accidents
- Do not perform acts that may endanger the safety or well-being of self and others
- Do not engage in any pranks, contests, or rough boisterous behavior
- Work in compliance with applicable legislative requirement
