RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for defining, and controlling the project scope, schedule and costs.
Requires a high degree of client interaction and professionalism.
Develop and maintain good relationship with Subcontractors, Owner, and Architect.
Review contract conditions; ensure compliance with all contracts
Be able to prepare weekly site meetings with owner and project team
Show understanding of construction specs and the ability to read all pages of a construction drawings
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
5 years direct experience in on site project management (show running project by yourself)
Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor engaged in general building construction.
A working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical work.
Current safety credentials to include OSHA 30 1, 1st Aid and CPR. Hiring Organization:
