Robert Half is working with a rapidly expanding company in the Service industry, looking to hire a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users. You will excel at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. Due to this Help Desk Analyst role being very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Seven Hills, Ohio area and is a long-term contract to permanent opportunity.How you will make an impact- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - IT support ticketing system experience highly valued- Adeptness in Citrix- General familiarity with Microsoft Office 365- Experience with Workstation Hardware- Demonstrated knowledge of PC desktop/workstations- Service Desk experience- Practical knowledge of Cisco Networking- Active Directory experience- Active Directory experience- Comprehensive knowledge of Service Desk Tickets- 1+ years of prior experience- Familiarity with basic networking concepts- Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
