- Have high competency in general Teamcenter administration
- Manage multiple development streams with offshore development team
- Be proficient in Teamcenter automation both from Rich client, AWC and server side
- Manage simultaneous sprints for multiple development streams using JIRA and SVN
- Host weekly meetings with development team and track tasks and status to business priority
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables
- Meet with business leaders/sponsors to provide technical guidance and transpose business needs into functional, technical and system requirements.
- Provide weekly status reports to business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Experience in implementing Teamcenter or similar technologies.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to give both business facing and technicalpresentations that convey complex topics.
- Must have strong appetite for quickly learning new technologies and be able to quickly adapt to changes.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5 years' experience in implementing Teamcenter and related technologies with at least 5 years as a senior developer.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to give both business facing and technicalpresentations that convey complex topics.
- Experience in several aspects of a Teamcenter implementation: Upgrade, ITK (C), RAC(JAVA), AWC (Angular JS), integration technologies (SOA, Web Services), and data mining/migration (ETL).
- Experience in global Teamcenter implementation.
- Experience using T4X integration or related experience in PLM/ERP connectors.
