Oracle Financial analystSidney Ohio – Part Onsite and Part RemoteContract to Hire
Requirements- Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.4
- Specific experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting is desired.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- SQL or PL/SQL Plus experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with others at all levels of the Company both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates a courteous, tactful and professional approach with employees and others.
- Ability to work in a large, global corporate structure
- Candidate must have a minimum of (5) years experience in business analysis utilizing the Oracle eBusiness systems and preferred seven (7) years minimum IT-related experience.
- Keen eye for detail
- Team player who can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized and self-disciplined
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support global implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly isolate and define problems, effectively evaluate alternative solutions, and make decisions in a timely manner.
- Good decision-making ability, ability to operate in ambiguous situations and high analytical ability to judge pros-cons of approaches against objectives.
- Proven interpersonal and team building skills
- Self-starter who can initiate action and follow through with well-defined solutions and action plans
