- Provide a positive customer service experience for clients
- Assist clients while troubleshooting software
- Answer inbound phone calls from clients

- Customer service experience
- Technical aptitude- ability to solve problems and create solutions independently
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills- written and verbal
- Experience working with Outlook, Salesforce or other CRM's is preferred
