- Uses technical skills to troubleshoot, maintain and enhance the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Serves as “Help Desk” for WMS users (shipping, receiving, work orders, warehousing, etc.).
- Interacts with users to collect and diagnose problems.
- Uses a ticketing system to track and prioritize WMS problems, service requests and feature requests.
- Works with application vendor to resolve bugs and other issues.
- Develops and maintains system documentation, process notes, configuration changes and reports.
- 2+ years of experience with a Warehouse Management System or similar database
- Experience in IT Support or a Help Desk environment is a plus
- Warehouse or Distribution background
- Knowledge in SQL is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to provide phone support and work with end users
