WMS Help Desk -Full-Time Direct Hire!Modis, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Specialist for a Warehouse Management System for a full-time direct role with a leading employer in Cleveland, OH. The WMS Help Desk candidate will support the technical implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Qualified candidates will have 2+ years’ experience within a WMS or related system such as ERP or similar. WMS Help Desk Job Responsibilities:
  • Uses technical skills to troubleshoot, maintain and enhance the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Serves as “Help Desk” for WMS users (shipping, receiving, work orders, warehousing, etc.).
  • Interacts with users to collect and diagnose problems.
  • Uses a ticketing system to track and prioritize WMS problems, service requests and feature requests.
  • Works with application vendor to resolve bugs and other issues.
  • Develops and maintains system documentation, process notes, configuration changes and reports.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with a Warehouse Management System or similar database
  • Experience in IT Support or a Help Desk environment is a plus
  • Warehouse or Distribution background
  • Knowledge in SQL is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide phone support and work with end users
