SUMMARYCBTS is searching for a NetSuite Administrator/Business Analyst. This candidate will be responsible for configuration and customization of the NetSuite platform, including related integrations, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR and other regulations. The individual will work closely with business and IT leaders to ensure proper alignment of NetSuite solutions with organizational goals and processes. The ideal candidate will be solutions focused with excellent techno-functional skills. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as NetSuite Administrator and expert.
  • Build/modify dashboards, reports and queries within NetSuite per users' requirements.
  • Implement and configure NetSuite bundles and add-ons.
  • Work with application development team to build new and maintain existing NetSuite integrations (e.g. LabVantage, RFSmart,SPSCommerce,WooCommerce)
  • Work cross-functionally to create effective solutions and ensure accurate communication across departments.
  • Build and manage internal knowledge of NetSuite for end users and recommend new processes and updates as necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 2-3 years NetSuite administration, configuration, and development.
  • Experience with SuiteCommerce, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteScript
  • Strong experience with JavaScript, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON technologies
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations.
  • Experience with NetSuite CRM and e-commerce a plus.
  • Must have a communicative, collaborative, transparent, and trusted approach to working with his/her staff, colleagues, upper management, and outside partners
  • Experience working with outside IT service providers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong written and oral communications, interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Treats others with respect and value, with diplomacy and tact
  • Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a partner within the business and IT
  • Ability to focus on business value results, rather than technology solutions

  • Ability to translate and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
